Does anyone know if your house insurance can cover your caravan when it's at home?

There's an option on our house policy to cover the van, however they wouldn't cover one with a value of ours. Don't think you would get the cover for free as a possesion, but may be a cost option on the policy.

I have my van covered by my house insurance, I think it was around £70 extra. This is with Aviva.
