We're contemplating getting one, just wondered how much use people get out of them and whether they use them for storage, sleeping etc.

Also wondered if there was much restriction on using them as they obviously make your footprint bigger,

Thanks for your replies, good to see they don't seem to cause a problem with pitch size. If we get one we would probably use it as a sleeping area in good weather just to save making up the bed, but I can see it would be really handy to store the extras that we take on a longer trip.

Thinking of getting one for eldest son to sleep in, when he comes with us. Or for storage on longer holidays

have seen a few on ebay,but does anyone else have recommendations of where to buy / look?

or anyone selling one?!
