As an aquachem user, do you suffer with black bits? I have only ever had black bits when using aqua chem. Now a firm convert to Elsan.

I'd go further and say I'm not keen on any of the 'green' toilet liquids. We've tried various types but now stick to blue. At present I'm using the Elsan Blue Bags which I really like, but I always keep a small bottle of green in the van in case we turn up at a site that stipulates to use only green.

I am wondering if they have changed the formula, as we used it last year without any issue. However this year we had to buy a new bottle, and that is horrendous.
We have decided to bin the bottle and go back to Thetford chemicals.

Update on the free sample with new formula !

Hi Chris

We seem beset by problems at the moment, we use a third party storage and distribution company for all our shipments.

That company went into receivership a few weeks ago right in the middle of me posting the free samples offer with our entire stock holding in their building, we have been prevented from getting to our stock by the receiver until this week.

I was assured by the receiver that all the samples I requested had been sent out prior to them ceasing trading but I have since found out that the first batch were not sent but the second were batch were ????

I have a list of the names and addresses of the first batch which I will ship personally today.

Have used it for a couple of years now, started using it in are folding camper and then in are caravan. Must admit never found a problem when we had the camper , but do find the smell a bit strong when emptying the caravan cassette . It's bearable though

We have used One Chem for a couple of years, we find it is fine, it does break down the waste and is certainly better than the Thetford stuff. I find all the chemicals smell to a certain extent.

We used One-Chem for a couple of trips. Really liked the idea of one bottle for both jobs - but found the smell to be absolutely awful. Not the initial bubble gum smell, but the "24 hours later and the loo's been used a couple of times" smell!!

Went back to Elsan - although it's getting more difficult to find now.
