Hi all UK Campsite Members

Just to let you all know that durring the recent double Bank Holiday we found out that our water pump assemberly was not working I checked everything methodicaly,fuse's,wiring etc, I then took the full pump assembly off and tested it directly with the Caravans Battery ! nothing so we proceeded Just to use just a bucket of water in the Awning for the rest of our Holiday. When we got back home I went onto the Internet to find out the current prices? for a complete new pump assembly and dependant on where you went to buy a new one it was anything between £45.00/£65.00!! so being a pensioner and watching the pennies etc I rang Truma direct and spoke to a nice Chap told him my problem and that it had been purchased last August at a Discovery Caravan centre on the A64 just south of York but unfortunately I had not kept the receipt etc I said to him my enquiry was to see if I could just buy the small pump on the end only? and fit that? as It was cheaper etc, he said no need for that just package the full assembly up and send it to them and they would see what they could do? I did this and also enclosed a letter with the details etc also my mobile and email address etc, that was a week ago and low and behold Delivery early this morning of a brand new complete water pump assembly FOC.I am really pleased with this Companies attitude and Service and I am one very Happy Caravaner again. will be fitting it at the end of this Month.
