Blimey, there's loads & all at varying prices.
I've got a couple of Outdoor-Revolution porch awnings and found them to be excellent (a smaller one for odd weekends and a pretty large one too). They have a good range, take a look here at their porch awnings.
They have several that meet your dimension needs and as said, I quite rate them.
Ignore prices shown, you'll find 'em at a good price on-line.

Well, as said, I rate the Outdoor-Rev models. I'm a bit of a stickler for quality, design etc., and as such I trawled for yonks looking at various brands and models and decided these were the best of the bunch at the price.
Any of the models will shown will be suitable regarding height incidentally.
We have an outdoor revolution porchlite square which goes up in minutes and is ideal for winter use (somewhere to stash the chairs and take shoes off in the dry) although its only big enough for a couple of chairs but saying that, we only use it in winter so often too cold to sit out anyway. Due to it being small it can be dried over the washing line. We also have a sunncamp 260 which is also pretty painless to put up and is quite a bit bigger.
Have to agree with Janet, I have the Sunncamp swift (£75) and its fab. Compact, stands up well in wind and fits my Bailey Pegasus. Perfect for weekend trips. For 2011 they have released the Sunncamp Swift XL which is just slightly bigger in width and depth.
