hi all been a tent camper for a few years just made the move to caravans just got a cristall moorea 460 tf i believe they are German and have links with lunar.
my first question is when the van is not connected to mains power there is no working electrics having had a good look around i cannot find a way of switching between mains and 12 volt
that's the first one more to follow :)

On Cristall's UK website there is mention of (on a 2006 model) of an "electric box" in the side wall (awning side) with 12/230v and TV connection points, if this means anything?

thanks just had a look taken cover off no switch there just a fuse box .ours is a 2004 model is it possible its 240 volt only

Have you got a leisure battery on your van? if so you must have a 12v supply aswell as 240v. check there's not an isolator switch in battery compartment if you do have a battery!!

On some vans there is a switch that turns the 12v power on try turning all switches in the van on and see if the 12v comes on. they sometimes just look like a normal light switch...or a switch with a volt reader on..

Yes we have a leisure battery which powers the motor mover there are no other switches in the battery compartment
