Silly question I know, but when upgrading to a caravan from a tent, the prospect of rolling out of bed and straight into the shower without having to trapse outside is VERY appealing!!!
I know some people don't use the shower and some peopple do - what are the pro's and cons?? M
Nothing wrong with useing the shower as long as its well sealed.Just make sure you air it after use and dry it..The pros to me is its yours the cons well just like i said about sealing it..

We use ours. We've got a blown air outlet in the shower, so its click on the heating before getting out of bed, then straight into a nice warm shower. Traipse outside? No Ta!
Downside - is if you forget to top up the aquaroll the previous evening. Fully serviced pitches do have their advantages!
Its 50/50 with us, oh is disabled so it depends on wether he likes a walk to the shower block or not. He does prefer to use the disabled ones as they tend to have more room and i can be there with him.
Oooh, I cannot WAIT!!! We pick our caravan up on 21st June! The children don't know, we are keeping it as a surprise for when they get home from school and see it on the drive! I think we will be sleeping on the drive that night! Might have to have showers indoors though....!
Always use ours, as a lot of our camping is on farm fields due to our hobby ( see profile pic). Although even when we're on a site with EHU hubby prefers to use ours as everything is at hand, you've paid for the electric to heat your water, so the only hassle is re-filling the water containers.

Don't forget to fill the water container up before you go to bed if you want to roll out of bed into the shower in the morning. Bad idea to get halfway through your shower and have to shout for more water!!
The water heater usually has 10 litre capacity and takes 30 - 40 mins to heat up but will only supply water if the pump is under water
Yep, we use ours all the time too. I find i have enough hot water to wash hair, condition it, cover yourself in shower gel and then wash the lot off, sometimes the water starts to cool towards the end but by moving the handle along to the left it stays warm. Always fully wash and dry shower on last morning before we set off for home. have used shower on last site as they were brand new and also at teversal site because of all the hype about them but still prefer my own shower, no getting dressed to go out to shower and after shower you can just chill out in front of Tv in bath robe with glass of wine instead of getting wet and muddy on way back from shower on site in bad weather. Hope you enjoy your caravan as much as we do. J x

Have used onsite showers at last site because they were brand new and also at teversal site but still prefer our own, no getting dressed before you go to shower and then you can just chill out in bathrobe etc. Hope you enjoy you caravan as much as we do.
