I am just changing my van to a twin axle that has two Diamond Standard Wheel Locks (similar to the Alko through the wheel locks).

I have heard that lining up one is not too much problem, but two on a twin axle is not easy?

Has anyone any tips on how to do this witout having to jack up the side.

Hi Dave, I'm not sure as I olnly have a single axle but I think that the chance of both wheels happening to line up exactly are almost impossible. Therefore I think jacking at least one wheel is your only option.

A jack is the only way. I use a Kojack on mine and it only takes a couple of minutes to do plus you can use the same jack to lift the wheels to put blocks under for levelling as normal levelling ramps are not a lot of good on a TA. When I park up at home I put a couple of Bulldog wheel clamps on the opposite side to the wheel locks and a Millenco Heavy Duty wheel clamp over one of the wheels with the wheel lock on. It is overkill but it does tend to deter people from borrowing my caravan without my permission. With practice the wheel locks take less time to fit than the clamps.
