Hi, My mate has an Avondale , he has the water pump switch next to sink, and the heater switch on control panel? above the cupboard worktop at door, Mine was on the bed/seat locker panel,lift up seating to see heater unit, switch should not be far from that make sure that there is water in the heater,and the little reset button on end fo heater in pressed in,If on Gas make sure the gas stop valve in in open position(tend to be isolated if not used for while) sorry cant be of more help.
