help...we have one of the last bailey pegasus series 1 caravans ,the one with the stone protection and deeper moulding on the front the same as pegasus 2,my question is when we fit our awning on it from right to left we have to take the awning out of the rail at the slot which is level with the front window because the lower slot is covered with the new deeper moulding, has anybody else had this problem ? and what do you do ?

i have considered cutting aprox 30cm of the bead on the awning but i thought id ask before doing this

I assisted an elderly couple this week and came up with the same problem. I just pegged the "overhang" tight under the caravan. Seems like a strange affair to me and may be worth contacting Bailey for the answer.
