Firstly welcome to the forum Michymoo, im sorry i have no idea regarding your switches or taps, but to measure the awning size, you can do that by using a long piece of string or clothes line, and measuring from the ground imediatly below the channel opening, up through the awning channel and back down to the ground at the other end, that will then be your awning size when measured in cms.
