I feel so sorry for you after all what has happened. I have been following your thread, I remember thinking how happy you were when you first said you were getting this caravan. I dont think you were treated very well, no wonder you went and sat in the car, I dont think I would be able to stand being talked to like they talked to you. We own a Bailey and are really happy with ours, I do worry about dampness after reading a lot of the threads on here. We got ours back three weeks ago after the service and the first thing I asked was if they had found any but they hadnt, thank goodness.

Enjoy Corfu and you will be able to start looking afresh on your return.

got back from a fantastic sunny week in Corfu earlier today. No cheque yet so rang dealer. They need us to send the CRIS document back to them then we're having a full refund. Have my eye on a nice Swift Charisma and an Ace Jubilee Envoy.

well, the cheques now in the bank and in all fairness to the dealer they gave us every penny back we paid including the cost of the digital aerial, new battery and gas etc. So whilst we did have a problem the day we took the van back its been resolved quickly.

Now all we have to do is find another van in time for our trip to Fforest Fields for my 40th birthday next month.
