My little van doesn't have any taps/water - I use a small water carrier for pouring water into the sink for washing up.

I would love to be able to get an aquaroll/water container and somehow pump the water up into the caravan - would this be possible?
If so, what sort of tap, pump and hose would I need?

It only needs to be a very basic system - I did consider getting one of those pump action taps where you just push the top up and down and the water comes out but not sure how effective these are and would a 12v system be better.

Any advice or recommendations would be very much appreciated.

easy just a pipe to outside into the barrel after fitting one of these.no wires required.

If I am not mistaken Whale made a foot operated suction type water pump, I bought one a good few years ago for our Trailer Tent and fitted into the little lift of kitchen on the back of the unit, I was a very efficent little unit and no electrics required.

That is the pump action tap I had seen but it sounded too simple to be true!
I might start with that and see how I go.
Does anyone know the cheapest place to buy it?

Well the tap has arrived already and will be fitted this weekend, ready for my next trip away!
