Hi all,

Taking our new (to us) caravan today for it's first outing. This is the first caravan we've had and a little worried that we have forgot all the do's & don'ts that the dealer went through with us when we picked it up, so feeling alittle nervous. We are hoping that the first outing isn't to stressful so we are only going about 40 mins from home just in case we forget something so wish us luck !!

Good Luck... I remember our first outing, butt cheeks giving it some... we were about 4 hours away.

People on the site were great and helped when they spotted me having trouble getting awning up (forgot the instruction sheet).

We had our first outing in April, straight from the dealers so most of the handover was still in our minds. We've had 5 trips so far & it still feels quite new to us but we are settling in quite nicely - getting into a routine for who does what & the set up is quite smooth now.

I see you've had a Pennine Sterling so you already know about EHU & water so you're half way there already!! Have a great time and I hope the weather is kind to you, although it doesn't matter if it rains does it - you'll be snug in your new caravan!

We pick up our van tomorrow from 120 miles away this will be first time towing for us too so know how you feel we are quite anxious about towing so far the first time, just hope we remember everything, any good tips from all you pros out there lol would be greatly appreciated.
