I'd just like to sing the paises of caravanstuff4u who are based near the foot of the malvern hills, Not only do they stock a huge range of accessories at very competitive prices they actually give a fantastic service, both friendly in person and also efficient at delivering via their website however i must add that this isn't easily navigable but I certainly wouldn't let it put me off ordering from them. We've purchased on numerous occasions and each time had the order delivered next day even ordering during the afternoon on 2 occasions.
I must also add that iam in no way connected in business terms with them or know anybody on a personal level that works there but just thought that some of us are too quick to shout about poor service but don't praise exceptional service quite as quickly.

Yes excellent service from them. Once bought a Waeco fridge from them, it arrived badly damaged, one email to them and they arranged uplift of damaged one and delivery of replacement the next day.

Yes I agree with the three posting above, I`ve had various bits and pieces from them both direct and via ebay and always had very quick delivery.

I can also add to the praise. We bought from them when we first had our caravan and he actually delivered to our house free of charge as we live pretty locally (Worcester). That is what you call service!!!

Another supplier I`ve had good quick service from is The Caravan Shop Glasgow, supplied me with a new 400mmx 400mm MK roof vent with flynet and roller blind in two days, it was also the cheapest online at the time.

yep, they are great, have used them many times and often pop in to the shop if we are near malvern (sometimes even if we are not)

Although they offer good service, in comparison to our local dealer we find them pricey when you take into account postage charges. Our local dealer is about 20 miles from their shop. Also they don't offer a discount to regular customers.

I found them on ebay & thought i would have a drive down one day. I was after some roof bars and a roofbag they had on offer. Thought postage would be similar to fuel cost and i am nosey.

Bars in stock but no roofbags left. Damn.

Stopped off in Malvern on the way back. Missus emptied my pockets.

Good service but i think i will stick to buying online in future its cheaper

I took advantage of their all items posted for £10.00 cetainly beat any other postal costs from other companies. I would certainly endorse them and as previously mentioned we are very quick to moan about bad service but in this case (in my opinion) i have always had very good service even when there has been an issue.
