We bought a new awning from Glossop Caravans earlier in the year but only used it for the first time on arrival at a site in Cornwall 2 weeks ago. Although we had checked all poles were there it wasnt until we came to put the awning up that we found that one was faulty which rendered the awning unusable.Hubby rang Glossop awning after sales who explained that as it was weekend there was nothing to be done immediately but first thing Monday they would contact Pyramid awnings and have a replacement pole despatched to our camp site for next day delivery. They were as good as their word and the pole arrived at 11am Tuesday morning -well done Glossp Caravans (and Pyramid Awnings) for excellent after sales and customer service without which we would have had no awning for the entire 2 week holiday.
We've bought 2 awnings from Glossop (full & porch) & they've been really helpful helping us decide which awning would be best for us rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive.
That's got to be be the ultimate 5 star service by any standard. Congratulations has to be in order to Glossop Caravans and their supplier for sorting the problem without delay.
We've also had very good service from Glossops when we bought our new awning recently, bit of a hiccup with the extension we ordered over the phone afterwards, but it was quickly sorted.
Over the winter i enquired about getting a sun canopy from Dorema in Holland and if this something they could do. I was told "oh yes vcertainly, madam".

The item was guaranteed and both company's did what they were supposed to and the problem was sorted.
Glossop has kept their customer happy who will no doubt return someday so what has it got to do with cost.
