I thought I would post our good experience with our service as its not that often we hear good reports.
Our Lunar went in for its 2nd service (our first experience of a caravan service), being quite thorough people we emailed them in advance and took a copy of a list of small issues which we had - stuff like the odd spring missing from locker hinges, and some sealant missing from a wooden corner baton and a spring gone in the front socket so the plug kept falling out and a few other small items - I think there were 10 items in total. We were told that we would have to bring the caravan back again for some of the items as they were warranty repairs and could not be done without Lunar's consent.
However, when we collected it the service guys had just gone and repaired the lot and the only thing they charged to us was £6 for a new front socket. I think service/after sales like this is fantastic and will give us the confidence to purchase our next caravan from them in the future. So a big thumbs up to them
