We never use water from the caravan to drink, or to put in the kettle.  Not even with a new caravan which is theoretically pristine and clean. 

Somehow, we don't like the idea of using water which has sat around in an Aquaroll for hours and hours - often in full sun.  We do sanitise the Aquaroll, but there's no guarantee how hygienic it is inside.

We just keep a large squash bottle in the kitchen area and re-fill it from the site tap as required. 

or, you can always stick to drinking wine or beer if you want to be really safe!
