Try asking them to price match this it's the exact model that they price matched mine against, although some people have said they charge extra for the 5 year warranty but if you are happy with 2 years then they should match against it. It's rated at 1800 kg whereas the Powrtouch HD is only 1500 kg. I would try pointing this out to them too if they tell you they will not give the full warranty.

When I got ours I looked at used ones, but the saving over a new one was minimal and the warranty was short or non existent. In fact, some of the used ones around were more expensive than we ended up paying for a new one after we got the price match.

I recently had a Power Touch Model 3 fitted for £800.

I think this was a reasonable price.

I'm sure I paid about £420 for ours 3 or 4 years ago and fitted it myself.

Have matched all movers against the purple line enduro the enduro is a really powerfull mover, had mine for the past 3 years have not had any problems with it, dead easy to self fit, good clear instruction book, however this is the old model which is the best, the newer version has soft start do not like one bit however the new engagement mechanism,which is lever actuated instead of a winding one, is better than the old version. Shop around and you can get some decent bargains good luck.

I paid £500 four years ago direct from Powrtouch, fitted it myself, while at the caravan show at the NEC I mentioned to their display person about the grit starting to leave the rollers in a couple of places he suggested I ring Powrtouch direct. Three days later two new alloy type rollers were delivered FOC which I fitted in a few minutes

had the mover fitted today for £850, OH very pleased with it. Made it so much easier to get the van on the drive.
