We have a Concept Plus & I have to say it's not the easiest of awnings to put up! We've only put ours up once & when we stood there laying poles out & looking at instructions 2 couples opposite came over laughing & offered to help. We were soooo grateful! I suppose we'd have done it eventually but it's not easy for 2 people to handle (or at least it wasn't for us). Gorgeous once up though - so much space & I suppose the more you do it the easier it'd get.
We've now sold the van we bought the awning for & we'll be trading it in to buy a new standard sized Concept mainly because we struggled to find a site with hardstanding pitches wide enough for the 'Plus'.
Best advice I can give is go to a friendly site for a weekend & leave putting the awning up until the second day (so you can start fresh in the morning rather than as soon as you arrive). Lay the poles out as in the diagram & if you get stuck look for some friendly helpers. We had a great laugh doing ours with the people who came to our rescue. Once you've got it figured, use coloured tape on the ends of the poles so you'll know what fits where next time
