My family and I are looking to go camping in the Lake District in August. One of the sites that we are interested in is a Camping and Caravanning Site. The owner says that if we were members that the cost of the stay would be cheaper. Does anyone know if you can purchase membership at a discounted rate anywhere??
I think you get the first year cheaper if you pay by direct debit ( £10 off I think ) if its still the case ?
Oh before you join ask around you friends and see if any are members ,if you say that they referred you ( you just give their membership number ) then they get a voucher or a free gift :)
If it's a Club Site you should be able to join on arrival, and avoid the £7 pn (or thereabouts) non-member pitch fee, or if it's a Certificated Site you may be able to join on site.
Or as skittles suggests, join online or by phone/post quoting the membership number of an existing member so they qualify for the introduction incentive.
yes you can join as you arrive and save the cost of extra fees per night.i know as i have seen them joining at keswick.you can do it over the phone to save time.
You can join on site the only thing they seem to give away is a gift for recommendation so if you want to use my number, give me a shout..................LOL
