We used to have a 1998 Sterling Eccles. The Sterling is also made by Swift, and the Eccles is of an equivalent standard of equipment to the Challenger.
We found it to be an excellent van. The level of equipment was good, and the build quality was good. We had it for 9 years, then bought another of the same make.
No problem to tow, but that will greatly depend on your towcar.
