Hi lovely people
We are going to a CL tomorrow in Leek and they say on their site that levelling blocks are needed as the pitch is sloping
So today I hot foot it down to the local camoing/caravan store and buy some levelling blocks look like big wedges of cheese
So the OH reckons they are no good and I should of got the ones with steps in as the van will just roll off these
Thoughts please
Preferably telling me the ones I bought are ok
PS we have a caravan not motor home
Yes they are fine.Tow the van on to block. apply the brake. Put 2nd block in front of wheel. They should lock together.
Take a few blocks of wood too if you have them.

I'm about to buy some levellers as the Bulldog leveller, whilst brilliant, weighs a ton
The cheese wedges are what I'll go for. I'll use them with wheel chocks, which I already have, to stop van rolling. off. Please let me know how you get on with them.
Get some chocks as well. That assists in making sure that the van does not roll

Make sure you pull the van onto the chocks. If you reverse on, the van just rolls back down the chock until the reverse mechanism in the brakes is overcome, Hilarious for everone watching but bloody frustrating for the poor sod trying to level the van.
