Hi Bivvyman,
To get back to your OP, The fridge is a Dometic model RM 8550 L, pretty standard fare but good all the same. It's worth noting that it's only 115 litres if you remove the freezer compartment, otherwise it's 90 litres.
The TV is an Avtex W164DR, TV/DVD player, excellent bit of kit, great viewing angles, good sound with lots of little add-ons. My favourite being the built in FM transmitter which allows you to play the sound through your caravans stereo system (not exactly surround sound but good all the same!!).
When I picked my Valencia up last month I took my new Milenco calibrated noseweight guage with me. I was pleased (and quite surprised after reading lots of posts on here and elsewhere), to find the noseweight was around the 88kg mark. Our dealer (Yorkshire Caravans) checked all the wheel nuts with a torque wrench with me present but it's always worth doing it yourself as well.
We took it out for a 2 week trip on the continent earlier this month and are absolutely delighted with it, certainly no complaints and only 1 very minor niggle (the hot water draining tap is in a quite awkward position).
I'm sure you'll love your new van, I know we do!!!
