Me the wife and the kids have recently come back from a weeks holiday in our abbey freestyle 2 520se at Woodlands Grove (Dartmouth) fantastic site well recommended, we noticed during the holiday that the kitchen mixer tap was very loose does any body know how i can tighten it without removing the fridge or sink?
Hi groom316, Not sure about the lay out of your van, if your are unable to get to tap from around the sink, you can check to see if fridge outside vent is near the sink you may have access from there.
------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.

Same as JHSW about your lay out but,the easiest way to do it is take out the sink. If its like mine, there should be only four screws holding it down .Once youve loosened the screws be carefull when you lift the sink out as the waste pipe will be attached,i suggest you take this off for easy access. There may also be an earth wire attached. The large nut on the bottom of the tap should be hand tightened as hard as you can turn it.Check that the hoses are firmly attached before you rebuild it.
Big thanks to John & Jeff for your feedback, I will try the outside fridge vent which is near to the tap hope theres access this will save a lot of hassle for just one nut, alternative to that i will have to remove the sink :-(
Hi groom316, If unable to secure the mixer tap through fridge vent, then you will have too as jeff says remove sink, remember to clean and re-seal fridge vent and sink seal if removed.
