hi starcamp are part of dorema group the starcamp daytona is like all dorema awnings manufactured in holland  the quality of the starcamp and dorema awnings are classed as one of the best  awnings you can buy  these are not manufactured in china like  a few i can mention as the chinese material used is of lower quality.

availability  on dorema and starcamp is very good as they keep up to 10,000 awnings in stock at all times which is great for dealers like ourselfs 

We got a new Startcamp cameo as part of the deal when we bought our van. I was told by the dealer that Starcamp is part of the Dorema group but the awnings are made in a different factory.

Overall we're happy with the awning and they do seem to be good value (mind you I’m no expert).

On the downside one of the clamps stripped a thread on the first outing, easily replaced but a pain. Also had a slight problem with one of the zips, this seems to be ok now but Dorema customer service (via the dealer) have agreed to take a look at it at the end of the season ,as we didn't want to be without it during the summer and fix if required.

So a couple of minor problems but good customer service and good value.

I have 2 Starcamp Awnings, 1 Quatro proch arwning and a full size one.  They are easy to put up and the material is ideal.

Even during if packed up wet the material does not retain the water so it can be put back up to dry properly even weeks after (if that your only opertunity to do so) and it does not go mouldy.
