Been driving myself potty looking for a size 1000cm awning...
We know Isabella / Ventura are the best (but at what a price!) and we had a Dorema on our last caravan which was fine, but what other awnings should we be looking at?
Hubby seems against Bradcot after seeing a friends which was flimsy and looked like it might fall apart after a couple of years use.
Any suggestions?
We have a £500 limit (preferably including an annexe) , so it will need to be 2nd hand.

Have you looked at Starcamp awnings? You should be able to get a brand new one for under £500 and people on here have given them positive reviews. We just ordered a new daytona awning from them for our first van and got a good deal at around this price.

i can highly recommend Towsure Insignia awning we have recently bought its made by pyramid but very lightweight. our size is 975cm and with poles, pegs and everything only weighs 30kg! Our size was £495 but if you are a member of CC or C&CC you get 5% discount. On our last holiday the couple next to us have a Isabella awning costing £1200 and were so impressed with ours they were going to get one.
Thanks Mike...do you have any experience with Kampa awnings? I can't seem to find much about them.
Kate75 thanks I will have a look at the Towsure Insignia, though we've heard some pretty negative reviews about pyramid (ebay is flooded with them). In fact we were offered a pyramid awning with the caravan for £250 but hubby said it was ridiculously flimsy (compared to our old Dorema).

Keep your eyes peeled in the various caravan mags and fleabay for a good used Isabella, they are usually £00 cheaper than new. You won't be disappointed with an Isabella.
We bought an outdoor revolution New England awning and are well impressed. It's the starter one in their range but the quality is amazing, we did pay slightly extra for the lighter weight poles but it's well worth it.
look at the star camp awnings theses are made in same factory and dorema own the starcamp name the daytona is very popular and you still have time for delivery by friday kevin
