Hi,
If possible, put winter wheels on it - that avoids the caravan tyres being stuck on one spot all winter. It's not possible with all storage facilities, so check yours (ours isn't possible as he sometimes has to move our van to get others out).
Will it be undercover?
Check their insurance carefully, what it covers etc. Some storage facility insurances will not cover you if you leave the gas bottles in etc, we have to take ours home with us. Also check your insurance, there are some storage facilities that insurers don't like (a friend of mine had insurance shoot up from £220 stored on her drive all year, to £460 at the storage facility six miles away!).
