Called in aldi today to buy sirlion steakit is the best around,Dropped on a satellite dish /kit has got everthing you need to set up reduced to £39, there was only the one left.when i came to put my trolley back someone must have forgot to take the pound out so i had it.

Tried it out in the garden it works fine.At least i will be able to watch Emerdale next week. on hols.

I bought 2 aldi satelite kits last week whilst at dunstan hill northumberland.couldnt get any english channels got 12 porn and german spongebob and a few strange programmes.the other satelite kit was for my daughters van parked next to me they got all english channels.so her partner took the receiver into their caravan and tuned it in with their dish.i got all english bar itv lost the porn and spongebob sad about spongebob. taking it to west runton in october hoping will get the english channels.

I got a lot of the usual english channels.I have not played about with it much yet hubby wanted his steak.will play with it next week on site in Angelsey.

You were on the wrong satellite if getting the porn. There are 2 very close to the astra 2 you need. If you start east go south you should get astra 2 first and go very slow.

I've also purchased the Aldi kit and apologies if you think asking this is daft but how did you set it up? Did you use a tripod or attach it to some kind of pole? Has anyone used one in mainland Europe?
