Hi
My Bailey is due for a service soon and I want to get it done to keep the warranty valid.

Trouble is we have sold the campervan now so can't tow at the moment. We keep the van in storage in Worcester.

Do you know of any mobile engineers that are Bailey authorised who would carry the service out. I did ring one mobile but he was £200 plus travel making £320 which I thought was a bit barmy really!

The local caravan place doesn't do pick ups.

Last resort is to ask a friend to tow but don't really want to put them out.

Email Bailey and ask them we had a problem with ours and they sent us the name and phone number of a mobile engineer near to where our caravan is stored.

I emailed Bailey and this was their reply:

Bailey has a network of approved retailers and service centres across the UK . We are happy for you to have servicing work carried out at any of these centres or any NCC approved workshop, however, any warranty work required will need to be carried out by a Bailey Agent. Bailey Approved retailers, however, are under no obligation by Bailey to carry out work of another centre if they do not wish to as they are Independent companies and Bailey has no control over their business ethics. A comprehensive list of retailers can be found on our website www.bailey-caravans.co.uk or in your Service Handbook. NCC Approved Workshops will be listed in the Telephone directory.


So thanks Michael for the link , I will contact the mobile numbers and compare prices - there are 3 near to my storage site.

That should save me (and friend!) a lot of hassle.
