The new 2011 Eldis Escape range have a model with that layout, fairly compact size and reasonably light weight as well, compared to some of the fixed bed models, at just over 21ft shipping length, and its actually a 5 berth, theres a bunk that folds away over the rear double dinette, and another double that can be made up at the front out of the bench seats. About 13k new, but you might be able to get a good deal at this time of year.

If you google Derby Caravan centre, theres some pics of the Eldis with that layout on there.

We used to have an Elddis firestorm 505 in that layout, one thing I would say is look for one with enough worktop space, that was the reason we got rid of it after just one holiday, it was too inconvenient when we were preparing any food.

The layout you're looking at is actually 5 berth - there's a pull-out bunk that comes out over the top of the rear double (we have this layout with L shaped seating at the back - we love it).  I think pretty much all the manuacturers do this layout & in a vast age/price range too.  If you look on caravanfinder you can search by No of berths.

If you lift the 5th bunk 5, or 6 inches higher, it makes a very useful storage shelf, and gives enough head room for the person sleeping below. We do this, and there is just the two of us.

Jim.
