As has just happened to me, we are away at the moment, emailed the next site we want to go to, confirmed by the lady owner but now had our booking refused as her husband has taken bookings so the site is full (it's a 5 van site), not happy.

l thought l would bring this topic back  to the surface posted 18 months ago

and reading most of the replies and putting each in a in a category  the one that comes out top

1......Coming Home                                               16

3......Going to shower in PJ's (if put with showers would be number 1)  9

4......The Awning                                                    7

5......Towing                                                           6

6......Dogs     (equal 6th)                                         5

6.......Wheel Clamps    (equal 6th)                            5

The other scores were

Caravanners Moaning, Lost interest in caravanning, emptying loo    4

Making the bed, parking in drive, Kids, wife,               3

not getting away enough                                           2

l thought this section would have had more points to it and that is

Mother-in-law                    1

Like l said l read most replies and is just a quick count on what folks hate about caravanning, as you can see WE HATE COMING HOME.........
