hi again. Thanks for reply. We are just trying to sort out all of the practicalities. We're by the land rover so just trying to see what the possibilities are. Our deeds say we can't keep a van on our property. Think the same for mos tof Solihull.

Wouldn't worry too much about what the deeds say if you have suitable space. I pay £520 a year for my storage and having at home is also more conveinient, I just don't have room.

What do others in your area do?, how do you get on with those either side of you, are they likely to object?, these are the points I would consider.

If you live on a housing estate & there is a covenant on your deeds stating you cannot park a caravan on your property, that is usually only enforceable by the builder of the houses. Usually once the estate is finished & the builder has left they have no interest in enforcement.
