------------- its easy enough to be pleasant when the world rolls along like a song.but a man is worth while if he can smile when every thing goes f------ wrong.
Very sad to hear that these 'low lifes' have got yet another one that was worked so hard for, you work for it and they simply take it, what scumbags. Hope you get it back soon.
The caravan was our friends and they still dont have any news, thanks for all your comments. The story develops.....seemingly 2 guys in reflective waistcoats knocked on the door of the house (presumbaly to check if anyone was in), this was at about 14-00, The van has hitchlocked, wheel locked and was pointed towards the house with gates behind. Several eye witnesses have come forward describing the vehicle as a red or maroon pick up (Ford Ranger type or similar). Driving away at speed with the rear nearside combi light hanging off!!
Unfortunately this seems to be happening more and more, anything to make a quick buck, no respect for anything or anybody. Lets hope something nasty happens to them.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune, was told about it Thursday, unfortunately where it was stolen from is an ideal location for a quick get away being close to both the A1 and the A19,like Boris above says tho,i wouldn't want it back either, best take a settlement from insurers.

Don't think I'd want it now. Best just collect the insurance money.
This is exactly how I felt when we had our van stolen. It's just the thought that someone else had violated your space. Our insurance were excellent and we had a brand new van of our choice.
