Has anyone any ideas?
We have a Thetford cooker in our caravan (Elddis Crusader) and the oven goes out every now and again for no apparent reason . It lights straight away with no problem, the gas bottle is full, the gas hob burners all work fine and the van is only 3 months old. Does anyone have any ideas why the oven sometimes goes out after it's been on about 15 - 30 mins?

We have found our cooker goes out if we have the van door open or have the blown air heating/cooling on .
Same here, shut the caravan door and I'm sure it'll be ok, had the same problem with our Crusader, even though we had an awning it it was still very windy.
in our van there is a storage space under the oven and we used to have check that nothing was blocking the vent in this area as this would cause the oven to go out.

I have also heard of problems when the ventilation panel is covered with a saucepan for example in the cupboard underneath.
Yes this happened to us until I realised what it was.
On occasions now it will go out but what I tend to do is leave the oven door slightly ajar for a few minutes after I have lit it.
My money's on the blocked vent. You light the oven and it eventually uses up all the oxygen in the oven. You open the door when the flame goes out and fill the oven with a fresh charge of oxygen. As has been said above check in any lockers or cupboards around the underside of the oven for items blocking the flow of air to the burner (pans etc or blocked floor vents).
If this doesn't solve the problem you need a gas fitter, it's probably the thermocouple.
As for a dealer cutting lumps out of the door seal!!!!!! Aaaargh!. You need to find a dealer who knows what he's doing.
