Our best buys are a storm strap in which we needed last week when we were down in weymouth the other one is our bulldog 200Q stabilizer bar the caravan stayyed in place when going and coming back from weymouth to chester.
It would have to be the motor mover (simply wouldn't have even be able to push the van on one pitch in France. It was sand behind a tree!! Saved the holiday)
Ours best buy is this George Foreman Bbq, it's electric so runs off your EHU & doesn't need gas bottles, wont blow out, wont cover you in smoke & we can use it in the awning when it's cold or wet, it drains all the fat off & you can either keep it on its stand or put it on a table top but either way it's a convenient height so you don't have to bend down.
We've bought one for home too & often sit in the conservatory cooking on it.
halagan oven,cook anything in it,cheap too,under £30.
------------- its easy enough to be pleasant when the world rolls along like a song.but a man is worth while if he can smile when every thing goes f------ wrong.

I'd second this, we took our george foreman from the house, the one with a flat area you can cook eggs on. our first ever trip away in the caravan was very wet all week, but with the george foreman i could still do bbq food in the awning just opened the window for the steam/smell to exit, it was much better than using a cooker
