Hi there is hope for the Caravan site at Strathclyde Park - the caravan club have been awarded a 60 year lease on it so hopefully it will be refurbished to their standards. Quote from a local paper:
Even though another bidder offered nearly four times as much, North Lanarkshire Council has awarded a 60-year lease.
Councillors voted 36-16 in favour of The Caravan Club's tender, it has emerged.
