The Elddis has the fixed double on the offside. If we open the window at night, I generally prefer to open into the awning, but it's personal preference. The Bailey, of course has alutech, but has a small front locker (we can still get our broom and aquaroll in our 2009 Bailey Sancerre, but we'd have to find another place if we had an Alutech). The Lunar has the lightest MTPLM and the Elddis is the heaviest, but little difference between the Elddis and Bailey. IMHO the Bailey looks the most stylish (both outside and in). The Bailey also has the largest fixed bed, then the Lunar, then the Elddis.
If you make the front into a double, Then the Bailey comes out as the smallest, the Lunar is the largest with the Elddis in the middle. Use the front as singles, and the vans are more complicated to compare. Bailey has one side bigger than the other so will take a 6'3" the one side and a 5'10" the other. The Lunar will take 2 x 6'1" and the Elddis 2 x 6'. This will also give you a guide as to the seating area.
The three vans have a front chest, but I think it might be optional/extra on the Bailey (not sure). The Bailey has a tapered wardrobe, which I quite like, but I don't think the others do. The Bailey will have more headroom than the other two.
The user payload of the Bailey is 163kg, and 160kg for the Lunar. But you can get slightly more stuff in the Elddis at 168kg. All this is on paper of course!
They are three good vans whichever way you look at it, and it would be largely down to down to any of the comparisons. If it were me, I would probably go for the Unicorn, on the basis of a larger fixed bed (there are only 3 of us). I like the styling of the van, but would certainly have to rethink the way I store things.
Don't know if that's much help, but something in it might help you make up your mind. If it's down to price, then I think the Elddis is the cheapest list price and the Lunar is the most expensive.
