Seen it on the text this morning The same thing happened at Aberfeldy a few years back when a miniture tornado came into a farmers field where they used to store the vans and, wiped out a good few..

I've stayed at this site and the upper level of the touring site is extremely exposed. So glad no one was hurt.

Yes I thought that. The trouble with newsreports is that they don't distinguish between types of caravans. I towed across Rannoch Moor yesterday in windy and very wet conditions.

my friends caravan got written off whan a tree fell on it at ardlui in the storms, another caravan beside it was totally smashed to bits and a hole left and decking trashed on a third one ,its scary stuff this !!!!

The home page of the BBC showed at least 2 tourers that had blown over.
