When looking at changing our van we noticed that twins seem to have slightly larger lounge seats which means I can fully stretch out while watching the TV. As for tow cars it's not always about how much power you have available (BHP) it's more about torque, our old Discovery only has 111bhp but enough torque to pull a house down and has never struggled towing our 1600kg twin axle Lunar
