demand a new van ,if buying a brand new car ,and water comes in from a seal ,a new seal would be the end of it ,with a caravan it is a more seriouse thing as ,the chances of water getting bewteen the panels is a posability causing more damage ,
For this reason i would have demanded money back ,or a new van ,that had no leaks ,
get a damp meter to check that it is not damp around the panel,s where it leak,t in from ,is the van under cover when ,parkt up at home,
the seals on a caravan window, are desigend ,so that even with the window slightly open ,water would not enter the van ,so dont be past off that it is the tention of the window , hope you get this resolved ,soon
------------- May the roof of your camper
never fall in ,and the couple inside ,never fall out,
