If you are looking for a new one we really like the Lunar Quasar 546. They have been making it for a couple of years so you may be able to get one 2nd hand if you hunt around. The only thing to be aware of is from 2010 they changed the layout so the front seats are long enough to use as two 6'1" singles. On the older ones they were shorter and you had to use it as a double.
The other new one that has caught our eye is the new Olympus 2 5 berth. This has a double bunk.
Both of these are single axle with a weight around 1450kg and also have nice seperate shower units. If weight is an issue you could also look at the Bailey Orion but its a lot smaller and the shower is over the toilet.
For second hand the bailey ranger comes in a double bunk layout and there are normally lots available second hand......they are also fairly light if weight is an issue.
