Hi davecamper, I use the Autoglym super resin polish then the Autoglym extra gloss protection on the fibreglass front, seams to bring up the shine of old faded front, also used showroom shine, dose a very good job, have washed van, let dry, used the showroom shine on the hole van including the roof, pretty good result not needed to polish it since its last polish 8weeks ago, bird droppings/sap easily removed with light wash with sponge and water only, let dry and shine still there, showroom shine puts a terrific shine on the windows too, the Autoglym is better for the dull faded front panel than the showroom shine. Silky is good for removing the black streaks and a good shine, very good on front of van, needs a protective wax to last any length of time,  Tip on here some time back that brasso takes out scratches from the van windows, have tried it and it worked. Others will give you their views on a range of products that work well with their vans, not sure if age or condition of van paintwork is a factor in their results ,mine is an older van 98 and I have found the products I use achieve the best results on my van. Hi Jeff, NOT at tall, as only 3 and a1/2 bottles left. Have to admit it did a really good job on the windows, and roof, sides, rear of van, but not to good on the front panel that was dull and faded, found the Autoglym much better on the old fibre glass front, as said in an earlier post first time used it, used ¾ of the bottle, and took me a few hours from start to finnish (but that was after a re-seal of rails and sky light/toilet vent, pretty messy job). Now it only takes me less than 30min, wash and let dry, not needed to polish it for about 10 week now. Went to Killin two weeks ago with grand son, weather was rain to and from site, van absolutely black with road dirt and grass cuttings, on arrival at home washed van with just water and brush, rinsed down with hose, and let it dry, shine still there.

Hi Jeff, it dose not say on the Autoglym bottles, if it has cutting agent.

I use all Autoglym products i.e. Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner every time I wash it, if there are any stubborn black streaks a spray of their Caravan & Motorhome Cleaner quickly removes them, twice a year I polish the front of the van with their HD wax to prevent the fibreglass going dull as it faces the sun all day when parked at home. For regular polishing I use their Super Resin Polish followed by thier Extra Gloss Protection. For the windows I use the Fast Glass.

The Caravel has done well over 30,000 miles and it still looks like new.

What do people use on windows

i use common glass cleaner have done for years without fault or showroom shine.
