I have used them a couple of times, once for the caravan and once for the car. I like the idea of someone coming out to me rather having to visit them. I also think their website is good with the amount of info they provide which is particularly useful for caravanners.

if you have one near you these are good too for service and price EVENT TYRES,i had three done as local were not cheaper.plus they come to you.balancing done after fitting in the price.

 E-Tyres wanted £20 extra per wheel because i had Tyron bands fitted, bought tyres from Camskill, local tyre place charged me £20 to fit both tyres.

They charged me £10 a wheel although I think given the time it takes to change I don't think £20 a wheel is unreasonable. What should be remembered about E-Tyres is that most of the companies that come out to you operate as a franchise.

I've only tried to use etyres once.

Selected the 2 tyres,and next day (Saturday) fitting from my local depot & paid with my credit card. Was phoned a few minutes later by my local depot to inform me that the tyres were out of stock, they didn't suggest an alternatice so I phones etyres to cancel. When I phoned to cancel, I asked about the tyres I had ordered to be informed they had 2 at a depot 200 miles away, I asked if they could courier them overnight to me (as it was Friday and my wife was taking the car on a long journey on Monday) but they informed me that overnight wasn't possible and to get the tyres to my local depot would take about 3 days si I got a refund.

The next day, I went to my local tyre fitting place which were a similar price and made it clear that I wasn't interested in an  sharp intake of breath followed by the tracking is out or the brake discs are worn as all I was prepared to pay for is 2 new tyres fitted & balanced.

I rang them yesterday at about 3 requesting two new tyres, and they arrived promptly at 9.30 this morning after emailing and ringing to check that I was in. The guy was friendly knowledgable and even dug out some screws to fix a loose bit of plastic above the wheel arch.

Brilliant and at £120 for the two tyres without the hassle of moving the van (which I would have had to wait for other half to do) I'm more than happy.

I used Tyreshopper recently for 2 tyres on my car. Found the prices and service to be very good.

I ordered a specific tyre on their website, they phoned me within 10 minutes to say that Goodyear had discontinued the tyre I ordered but they would supply the next tyre up for the same price.

Nationwide Tyres rang me the following day and the tyres were on my car within 40 minutes of their call.They even swapped a tyre on my spare wheel and didn`t charge me.

I would use them again.
