Hi Stew, Had the same problem when I re-installed windows, couldn’t log in to ether this site or the CC site, turned out that I needed to accept section cookies for the sites, allowed section cookies and all working normally. Glad you got it sorted. Enjoy your trip.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013

Anybody else disappointed with the CC website?

I have previously told them they should take a few leaves out of the UKCS website book.  It doesn't give the impression of a friendly place in my opinion. Still very stuffed shirt but at least they are trying and some staff show the human side - it took them long enough to even have a website

I use a few caravanning websites and I don't think anything else compares to this place.

just re joined cc today joining was easy but when i tried to register on website to use site booking etc etc no chance phoned them up and they called back did something thier end and bobs your uncle all ok now (4 hours ago)
