they have one of show in bradford, lovely van, if unpractical for us.
I like the split washroom, opportunity for the toilet to be used at the same time as the shower, ideal for a live in van.
the kitchen is huge, again great for a live in van,
One of the advantages of the retreat over a static is that if you want to sell it you are at liberty to do so without having to sell it back to the site at a great loss. As has been said as well it is legal to tow with a wagon over 3.5t.
There will be a limited market for it but there is a market and at least it is a UK company that is trying to fill it!

I like it. Shame it can't be towed by most cars though and requires a commercial vehicle. But it begs the question, why not just consider a static instead?
As I stated on a similar post ,Northam Farm in Brean are selling them,I have counted six permanently sited there,I think the cost is lower then some high end tourers, but I cant be sure, also the annual fees are bound to be lower then a static as they aren't on a serviced pitch

Its the same size as the large twin axle Hobby & Tabbert etc 'vans as beloved by the travelling community. It can be legally towed on the road by a vehicle over 3.5t gvw. or any large 4x4 or van with southern Irish plates. If you leave it onsite you will need plenty of locks.
How true!
