I've got a leak from my carver cascade water heater, i've removed the outer cover and in the centre where there's what looks like a bolt it looks like it's leaking from round that. Any way this can be fixed?

 That bolt is the one that holds the tank in plaice, it should have a rubber O ring at the back of the nut, these perish and cause a leak , they can be renewed.
