Hi we are in our caravan this weekend. Besides other things that are frozen and not working. Our fridge does not seem to be getting cold enough. We have the winter vent covers fitted and have tried it on 240v and gas on max cooling. Have checked the door seal which appears fine. But there is a lot of draft coming from the cabinet to which it is fitted.

hi is it on 7 the lowest temperature setting you can get? just possible too much cold air is coming through the vents (must not be blocked) to allow the fridge to work correctly.
Its a 2012 caravan so i will be taking it back if it is faulty. But i also think its due to the cabinet that its housed in being too cold due to floor vents in there.
I agree, I dont know what the minimum temperature they will work at is, it should be in the book. The power source wont make a difference. I assume you have the winter covers that allow gas operation?
