Probably would not use them again. Last year placed an order for over £200, days went passed and no delivery. Phoned them "oh we're out of stock of some stuff" on their website it states that they will let you know if they are out of stock of an item and then when it comes in will give you a despatch time, never did they contact me. I had to do all the chasing
If I could get the same thing for £5-£10 more elsewhere, that's who would get my order.
Too sum up, customer service very poor 
PS I have no doubt loads of people will say they are great.
