Not too bad if you unroll from the bag first and have someone to help you- use silicone spray to lubricate first.
Also helps if you make a new bell opening in the rail at a high point. I think there's a tool for doing this but I used a pair of plumbers grips (or pliers) with cloth in the jaws to avoid damage to the rail.
Warning: Not all caravans have a slide in rail on both sides (some UK Vans have a rail on the nearside but no facility to slide in an awning or Fiamma) But if you have both and use both it's great in very sunny climes where you can move around the caravan for shade as the sun goes around.
